New York City's Inmotion Music have already enjoyed simmering success this year with Westboy's "SLIVA." The track bubbled-under for a while before, backed by its rocking Chaim remix, it really took off, picking up support from the likes of Seth Troxler, Loco Dice, Matthias Tanzmann and many more. Their new single is set to come to the boil from day one. Local rising talent and New York native, Antonio Piacquadio returns to the label to follow up his INM007 debut. "Hold Up" is a rolling, groove-laden tech house number. Perfect floor mover and an essential tool for all DJ's. For the remixes, Inmotion have pulled off quite a coup, drafting in two of the most exciting and prolific producers of today, Matt Edwards aka Radio Slave and Bulent Gurler, better known as, Butch. Leading the way Butch once again impresses. Combining drama and suspense through the sparkling key riff together with an electric current of funk, provided by his warm bassline and trippin' snare. Having Radio Slave onboard for one mix is quite an honour, so to be able to bring you two is a true delight. The first of the remixes drives from the get-go, heads down no nonsense material. Stripped yet with an array of accompanying bells and whistles, this is trademark stuff from the wireless hostage. His "Ambulance Remix" is a wild and crazy ride, to be called upon when the dancefloor is in need of a vital resus.' Just pop this my friend and everything will be alllllllllright...
